Remediation Relief

There are certain tax Reliefs available to the private sector who clean up contaminated land. Unfortunately these Reliefs are not available to the public sector, however, we can put local authorities and the like on a similar footing so that they can share in the benefits of these Reliefs thus making large regeneration projects more affordable.
